A Urine Powered Generator. An amazing accomplishment by four brilliant girls. The girls are are Duro-Aina Adebola (14), Akindele Abiola (14), Faleke Oluwatoyin (14) and Bello Eniola (15).

1 Liter of urine gives you 6 hours of electricity.

The system works like this:

Urine is put into an electrolytic cell, which separates out the hydrogen.

The hydrogen goes into a water filter for purification, which then gets pushed into the gas cylinder.

The gas cylinder pushes hydrogen into a cylinder of liquid borax, which is used to remove the moisture from the hydrogen gas.

This purified hydrogen gas is pushed into the generator.

This is amazing. Give them a billion dollars right now. They may have just saved the planet.

I remember back in ‘97 my dad took a drug called fen phen (fenfluramine/phentermine). Fenfluramine acts as a serotonin releasing agent and phentermine as a norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin releasing agent. He’s 6”1 and went from 270lbs to 200lbs, but as a result he couldn’t remember where he was, he once passed out on our doorstep because he thought it was his bed, and he once drove me to school forgetting to actually take me with him.

The drug was eventually recalled because people started dying. Go figure… My aunt took fen phen as well, and when it was recalled, they both gained the weight back. My aunt had gastric bypass surgery two years ago. Despite having a band around her stomach, she still eats the same foods, and she’s still overweight and at risk for another heart attack.

My point is this, there is no miracle pill. There is no miracle procedure. There is no option other than healthy eating. I feel bad for my dad, I really do. He was raised a butcher’s son with no limitations. He grew up in the 50’s during the rise of the TV dinner and artificially flavored confectionery treats. As a result, my dad and my aunt have struggled with their weight their entire lives.

Processed foods are chemically designed to taste better and the receptors in your body that feel for both pleasure and energy conservation are most attracted to them because they are ideal for achieving both. They also taste so good that your body craves more of them, likening the pleasure seeking behaviors of an addict, which in turn makes it really hard to monitor and maintain balanced eating habits.

These foods have higher caloric values and will not completely fill the stomach. For example, 500 calories of processed or fatty foods will taste good and give you energy but won’t fill you up, meaning more consumption of more processed or fatty foods more often to feel full. While 500 calories of whole grain plant based foods will fill you up entirely resulting in less consumption of food overall.

If it’s a plant, eat it. If it was made in a plant, don’t. The lengths people will go to lose weight seems a lot harder than the obvious: Eat right. Eat less junk. Work out. Common sense is the “miracle diet.” #vegansofig

If breasts were as perky all the time as they look when in a bra, supportive undergarments wouldn’t have been invented and the industry wouldn’t work so hard to make you want that perfect boob look. They look fine. You’re worrying too much about them. <3

Problems with being a male

Having emotions is seen as weakness
Admitting weakness is seen as an even greater weakness
Being called a sexual deviant or a pervert because you were expressing your sexuality
A girl beating you in any physical competition makes you inferior
Being superficial makes you a pig but a woman being superficial is fine
Makeup isn't even an option
Not living up to the insanely unrealistic ideal of manhood automatically makes you gay
Being gay is seen as weak
You can't control the size of your "manhood"
You can't report sexual assaults because being a male victim is worse than being the rapist
No male specific support groups or movements
Unequal parental rights
Extreme feminists treating you less than human
Women can blame all men or say they are all the same but if a man blames women they're sexist pigs
People dismissing your problems automatically because the universe is obviously rigged in your favour in every scenario imaginable
No one will read this past the title

So I haven’t been on tumblr much because I’ve been busy looking for a job and trying to figure my life out. My son’s father stole 3000 dollars from us, left me with a dollar in my saving’s account and left our child with a few pennies in his piggy bank, sold everything valuable…

So I haven’t been on tumblr much because I’ve been busy looking for a job and trying to figure my life out. My son’s father stole 3000 dollars from us, left me with a dollar in my saving’s account and left our child with a few pennies in his piggy bank, sold everything valuable of mine, lied to me about paying rent and bills for the last few months, left me in $4000 of debt, got us evicted and abandoned us. Now my son and I are homeless, luckily I have awesome family who have been letting me crash on their couches. This is why drugs are bad.
